He employed Arlene in the capacity of Real Estate Broker, Property Manager, and Chief Financial Officer for all of his holdings. Ms. Waye has been instrumental in the construction, management, and development of many condominium, cooperative, and rental projects. She was also responsible for many co-op and condo conversions, and the management of many of these same cooperatives and condominiums for years to follow. Ten years ago, Arlene founded Awaye Realty.
